1. Using a larger size microwave oven. Microwave should be at least 1000 watts for best results. 使用大點的微波爐。微波爐的功率最好為1000瓦

2. Clean ready glass and kiln tray 擦拭玻璃片和清潔窯爐托盤

3. Kiln paper cut larger than glass pieces, put it on top of the kiln tray. 襯紙比玻璃片大一些，放在窯爐托盤上。

4. Place the pieces of glass onto the kiln paper. Two layers of glass works well. 玻璃片放在襯紙上，兩層玻璃疊放效果比較好。

5. Place kiln tray into the microwave oven. Cover the kiln lid and set the microwave temperature as “HIGH”, heating around 6-8 minutes. 疊放好的襯紙和玻璃放在微波爐里，蓋上窯爐蓋子，用“高火”6-8分鐘。

6. The hole in the top glows orange when the kiln is at fusing temperatures. 當窯爐到達熔化溫度時，窯爐上面的孔變成橘紅色。

7. Carefully remove the kiln wearing insulated gloves to kiln shelf for cooling about 30 minutes when firing is complete. 當熔化完成時，使用隔熱手套將窯爐小心地從微波爐里取出，放置在窯爐架上，自然冷卻30分鐘

8. It may take a few attempts to figure out the ideal firing times, usually between 6 to 16 minutes. 嘗試幾次計算出玻璃熔化的最理想效果，一般情況要6-16分鐘。
